Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. drained pineapple
Preparation
    Pour into three 9 x 12-inch loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes well, if desired.
