Banana Bread - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add bananas, butter and milk. Beat on low speed until blended, then on high speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and remaining flour; beat until blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
