Hamburger Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 c. V-8 juice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 c. coleslaw mix
    2 c. frozen green beans
    2 c. frozen corn
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
    In a slow cooker, combine the remaining ingredients.
    Stir in beef mixture.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
    Makes 10 servings.
