Stew(Beef Or Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken or beef
    onion
    tomato paste
    salt and pepper
    potato
    oil
    water
Preparation
    Cut chicken or beef into bite size pieces.
    Marinate chicken or beef with onion, salt and pepper.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute meat.
    Add tomato paste, about 2 tablespoons to 2 pounds of meat. Let cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
    Add potato and 1 cup of water.
    Cook until meat is tender.
