Butter Nut Chewies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 Cup Butter Flavor Crisco
2 Eggs
2 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Nuts, finely chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy.
Beat in sugar, vanilla and Crisco until creamy.
In a separate bowl, combine flour with baking powder and salt.
Add dry mixture to the egg mixture.
Beat at low speed until blended.
Stir in nuts at low speed.
Spread evenly in greased 9x13 pan.
