Miracle Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Carnation milk, whipped
1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add lemon juice and cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Fold whipped milk into gelatin mixture.
Mix crushed graham crackers and oleo.
Pack firmly 2/3 of mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Add filling and remaining crumbs on top.
Chill 4 hours.
