King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cooked chickens, diced
    10 plus tortillas (corn or flour), sliced or broken up
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta is best!)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 soup cans chicken broth
    1 to 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
    Combine soups, broth and tomatoes.
    Blend until smooth.
    Place a layer of tortillas in well-greased casserole dish.
    Add layer of chicken and sprinkle on onions.
    Use 1/2 of soup mixture and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake in covered dish at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
