Date Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. finely chopped dates
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cook first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. When cool, add remaining ingredients.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll in powdered sugar or coconut.
