Apple-Stick Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 unpared tart apples, cored and cut into small strips (3 c.)
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped dill pickle
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix apples, onion and pickle.
    Combine sugar and vinegar. Toss with apple mixture.
    Chill.
    Serve as meat accompaniment.
