Coffee Tin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. applesauce, pumpkin or mashed bananas
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. dates (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, water and fruit.
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt and spices together and slowly add to first mixture.
    Add nuts, raisins and dates (if desired).
    Pour into greased 1 pound coffee tins; bake in 350\u00b0 oven approximately 1 hour.
