Fruit Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
plums, depitted and sliced in 1/4's *

Preparation

*Substitute plums with apples/raisins and 1 can cherry pie filling when plums are not in season.
