Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 c. butter or Crisco
1 c. warm milk
1 yeast cake, dissolved in milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
Preparation

Mix 3 cups flour and butter or Crisco like pie crust.
Add milk and yeast to flour mixture.
Add beaten eggs and salt.
Add last cup of flour.
Knead well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Take out, divide into 6 parts and roll each like a pie crust.
Cut into 6 wedge-like pieces and roll large end towards the center to form crescent like shapes.
Let rise and bake until golden.
Makes 36 rolls.
Frost, if desired, with powdered sugar frosting.
