Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
3 c. diced apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, apples and nuts. Add dry ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a square 8-inch pan.
