Twinkie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. milk
fruit
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 to 10 Twinkies
Preparation

Cut Twinkies in half, lengthwise through the top so there will be filling in both halves.
Line a baking dish with these.
Mix the pudding mix, sour cream and milk together and pour one-half of mixture over Twinkies.
Put a layer of fruit (bananas, peaches, strawberries, etc.) over pudding mixture and then pour remaining pudding mixture over fruit.
Top with Cool Whip.
Garnish with nuts or coconut if desired.
Best if made ahead of time and refrigerated overnight.
