Sweet And Sour Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon, diced
6 (10 oz.) container fresh Brussels sprouts or frozen, thawed
1 medium cooking onion, minced
1/3 c. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. white or brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Thirty minutes before serving:
In a 6-quart saucepan, over medium-low heat, saute bacon until browned.
Remove to paper towels with slotted spoon.
