Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 c. water
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    4 slices ham
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Flatten chicken breasts with rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
    Lay cheese and ham flat on chicken.
    Roll up chicken so ham and cheese are on the inside of chicken.
    Cover chicken with mayonnaise and water mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Put on baking sheet in oven; bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
