Diabetic Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. nonsweet chocolate, melted
1/2 c. soft shortening
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. sugar replacement
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat vigorously until well blended.
Spread mixture into greased 8-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut in 2 inch squares.
