Eslami Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
7 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
pinch of saffron and cardamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry, mixing well.
Spread batter into a greased and floured baking pan. Place in oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
