Tuna Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz. each) cans tuna, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, divided
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix together the tuna, 1/4 cup soup, 1/2 cup crumbs, onion, egg and lemon juice.
    Makes 8 croquettes.
    Roll in the remaining crumbs to coat.
    Brown in combined butter and oil over medium heat.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve with mushroom sauce.
    Serves 4.
