Cooked Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    few grains cayenne
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add egg yolks (slightly beaten), melted butter and milk.
    Very slowly, add the vinegar.
    Cook in top of double boiler until mixture thickens.
    Cool.
    Straining the dressing makes it fine grained.
