Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked Minute Rice (4 servings)
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 small jar Mild Mexican Cheese Whiz
1 small jar regular Cheese Whiz
1 small package frozen chopped broccoli
Preparation

Cook rice.
Thaw broccoli.
Warm Cheese Whiz in microwave until runny.
Combine all ingredients.
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Pour mixture into pan.
Cook 350\u00b0 until top is brown and mixture is thoroughly heated.
