Never-Fail Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil sugar, milk and salt for 10 minutes.
    Add butter and continue boiling until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat; add vanilla and peanut butter.
    Mix thoroughly and pour quickly into a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
