Sausage Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    8 oz. can cream-style corn
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Stir in corn, sausage, egg and oil.
    Turn into greased 1-quart glass baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese, grated.
    Bake 5 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yields 4 servings.
