Fluffy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

margarine
milk
seasonings
cream cheese (optional)
Preparation

Boil
potatoes\t(peeled
and
cubed) in small amount of water with
salt\tand
a\tlittle margarine added until tender. The saucepan needs
to\thave a tight lid and use a low setting on stove.
Mash the potatoes and some margarine together in an electric mixer.
A\tsmall amount of cream cheese may be added. Add milk that has been warmed.\tThis causes the potatoes to be fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
