Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs (one at a time)
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.
    Beat sugar, eggs, salad oil and vanilla.
    Add the dry ingredients gradually.
    Fold into batter 3 cups diced apples and 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes (glass dish, 325\u00b0). You can grease and flour dish or use Baker's Joy.
