Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    6 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well. Combine with other ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
