Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, finely cut
    corn, cut from 6 ears
    1 pt. chopped cucumbers
    1 pt. chopped onions
    1 1/4 pt. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large kettle; mix.
    Cook for 1 hour at boiling point.
    Wash 6 pint jars in soap and water; fill with boiling water and let set.
    Set screw tops and lids in boiling water.
    Pour relish into a jar 1/2 inch from top; seal.
    Yield:
    6 pints.
