Lou And Ray Broussard'S Boiled Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. crawfish
    celery
    1 to 2 doz. lemons
    4 c. Lou's Seasoning
    4 oz. black pepper
    1/4 lb. oleo (this makes it easy to peel)
    6 onions
    bell pepper
    garlic
    Tabasco sauce
    4 oz. red pepper
Preparation
    Boil for 11 minutes.
    Place in a styrofoam chest for 1 hour. (Styrofoam chest will not warp; ice chest will warp.)
    You may use crab boil (4 bags).
