Blueberry Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oleo
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together with the oleo. Take out 1 cup of dry mixture.
    With remaining dry mixture, add egg yolks, milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites separately.
    Add to dough.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add dough mixture.
    Cover with blueberries.
    Sprinkle the cup of dry mixture over the blueberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
