Kiftates - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 oz. milk
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 clove garlic
10 slices dry bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. wine, Claret or Burgundy
Preparation

Mix all together.
Form into small balls.
Roll in flour and pat flat.
Fry slowly in oil or shortening.
These are good warm or cold, especially around the holidays.
