Coco-Not Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. potato flakes
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar and extract.
    Add egg and beat; stir in Bisquick and potato flakes.
    Cover bowl and chill 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Shape dough into marble size pieces and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
    Watch carefully.
    Makes 4 dozen.
    Good with a hot cup of tea!
