Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 tomatoes
    8 c. chopped bell peppers
    4 c. chopped jalapeo peppers
    10 cloves garlic
    1 bundle cilantro
    8 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    10 Tbsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomato paste. Boil 1 hour. Stir in tomato paste until dissolved. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
