Party Squash Casserole(Serving Size: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. breads crumbs, fine and dry
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into pieces
Preparation
    Cook squash in 1/2 cup boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
    Place squash in large bowl and mash.
    Stir in mayonnaise and next ingredients.
