North Dakota Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cold water
    1 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. garlic juice
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Soak for 12 hours.
    Bake at 180\u00b0 for 3 or 4 hours.
    Place in smoker to desired texture (about 10 hours).
