Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 small box frozen broccoli
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Mix butter, egg and milk in blender.
Add broccoli to mixture in blender and chop well.
Pour liquid ingredients into dry muffin mix and bake according to directions on box.
