Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can beef consomme soup
    1 stick oleo
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add consomme soup; bring to a boil.
    Add rice, mushrooms and onion powder.
    Put in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Stir a couple of times while baking.
