Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    5 Tbsp. soy flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. honey
    1 egg
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
    1/2 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Separately, cream butter and honey; beat in egg until mixture is smooth.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, stir in nuts and dried fruits. Bake in 8 x 8-inch oiled pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
