Hungarian Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. salami
4 wiener sausages
2 green bell peppers
3 tomatoes
2 onions
4 to 6 eggs
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cut salami into strips and sausages into slices.
Rinse bell peppers.
De-seed and cut into strips.
Rinse and slice tomatoes. Peel and slice onions.
Saute sausages in a skillet for 3 minutes. Add onion and pepper strips.
Saute a few more minutes.
Add tomatoes.
Reduce heat.
Beat eggs.
Pour eggs over all ingredients in pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until egg mixture is set.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve.
