Carrot Parsnip Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. parsnips, peeled and julienne
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 lb. carrots, julienne
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Preparation

In a large skillet, saute parsnips in butter for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add carrots and onion; cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
