Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 potatoes
1 large onion, sliced
6 carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. milk (as needed)
6 pork chops
flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer potatoes, onions and carrots in a 9-inch baking pan, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.
Add enough milk to cover vegetables.
Coat pork chops with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Arrange over vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown; turn chops.
Bake for 15 minutes longer or until tender.
Yields 6 servings.
