Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples
1 (12 oz.) frozen concentrated apple juice (sweetened)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Boil apple juice, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon until thickens.
Place apples in prepared pie crust, juice mixture over apples. Add top pie crust.
Bake as with any apple pie.
