Economical Queen Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 oz. flour
2 level tsp. baking powder
3 oz. margarine
3 oz. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream the margarine and sugar thoroughly; add egg and beat well.
Add alternately dry ingredients, milk and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured Queen Cake tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
