Onioned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3 Tbsp. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, do not pare.
    Cut each in 1/4-inch slices, lengthwise.
    Blend soup mix with oleo.
    Spread on one side of each slice.
    Put potatoes back together, wrap in foil, sealing securely.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
    May be baked over coals or on grill top turning only once.
