Sunday Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
    4 slices bread, trimmed and torn
    1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 c. grated cheese (Swiss)
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place half the broken bread in bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Top with half of the sausage and half of the cheeses. Repeat combination.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
