Beef-Wine Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef for stew, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 envelope (about 1 1/2 oz.) onion soup mix
    8 c. hot cooked spaghetti
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese, in 3-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High (100%) 15 minutes; stir.
    Cover and microwave on Medium-low (30%), stirring every 30 minutes until tender, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Spoon sauce over hot spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
