Broccoli-Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    8 slices bacon
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on the package; drain.
    Cook bacon. Beat eggs.
    Add milk.
    In pie shell, crumble cooked bacon.
    Add broccoli.
    Pour egg-milk mixture.
    Add cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
