Sussex County Slick Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. chicken or beef broth
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and broth together until it makes a dough consistency.
Knead several times.
Roll out on floured surface and roll out as thin as possible, turning dough over and rolling several times.
Cut into squares and drop into pot of boiling broth.
Cook for about 20 minutes; stir often as they will stick together.
