Chile Casserole(Excellent) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
2 (7 oz.) cans whole green chiles, deveined, seeded, rinsed and drained
8 eggs, beaten
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
Preparation

Grate sharp and mild Cheddar cheeses (or cheat and buy them already grated).
Keep separate.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Layer ingredients in this order: sharp Cheddar cheese on bottom, half the chilies, the mild Cheddar cheese and cheese and chili mixture.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Add Monterey Jack cheese during the last 10 or 12 minutes.
Serves 8.
