Mom'S Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. shortening
1/2 c. flour
1 large can tomato paste
3 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
Preparation

Melt and blend shortening and flour.
Add rest of recipe and cook 15 minutes.
