Cranberry Cheese Bars(Yields 24 Bars) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. oats
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 c. softened margarine
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. can whole cranberry
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, mix flour, oats, 3/4 cup sugar and margarine until crumbly.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.
Press remainder firmly on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice.
Spread evenly over prepared crust.
In small bowl, combine remaining tablespoon sugar and cornstarch and stir in cranberry sauce.
Spoon evenly over cheese layer.
Top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 40 minutes until golden.
Cool.
Chill.
Store chilled and covered.
